Question 1

What is GreenAer?

Accepted Answer

GreenAer is a liquid aeration product that helps loosen compacted soil and improve the movement of water, air, and nutrients into the root zone. It helps create healthier soil, which leads to stronger roots and a greener lawn.

Question 2

How does GreenAer work?

Accepted Answer

GreenAer's negatively-charged polymer technology re-aggregates compacted soil particles, opening up pore space so water, air, and nutrients can reach your roots. It helps improve soil structure by increasing pore space in compacted soils.

Question 3

Is GreenAer the same as a wetting agent?

Accepted Answer

No. Wetting agents mainly help water penetrate the soil by changing the surface tension of water. GreenAer is designed to do more by helping loosen and aerate compacted soils and improve soil structure at a deeper level.

Question 4

Is GreenAer safe for kids and pets?

Accepted Answer

Yes. GreenAer is 100% non-toxic and safe around children, pets, vegetable gardens, ornamental plants, fish ponds, and swimming pools. No waiting period after application.

Question 5

How often should I apply GreenAer?

Accepted Answer

Apply once a year for consistent improvement, or in spring and fall for best results. Spring opens soil before peak growing season; fall prepares soil for winter and the following spring.

Question 6

How do I apply GreenAer?

Accepted Answer

Mix GreenAer with water at a rate of 1–4 gallons of water per 1,000 sq ft of lawn. Apply evenly using any standard garden sprayer — hose-end, pump, or backpack all work fine. Water lightly after application.

Question 7

How much does GreenAer cover?

Accepted Answer

At the standard rate of 3 oz per 1,000 sq ft: the 32 oz bottle covers up to 10,667 sq ft, the 64 oz bottle covers up to 21,333 sq ft, and the 1 gallon (128 oz) covers up to 42,667 sq ft.

Question 8

Is GreenAer better than core aeration?

Accepted Answer

GreenAer treats 100% of the area you spray, compared to mechanical core aeration which only impacts 3–5% of the lawn per pass. GreenAer also improves actual soil structure by re-aggregating soil particles, rather than just creating temporary holes.
